WHAT WE DO NOT DO
Solar Circles does not:
- Perform electrical disconnection
- Work at heights or on rooftops
- Remove panels from racking
- Act as a demolition contractor
- Operate as a recycler or waste facility
All regulated work is performed by licensed third-party specialists, either engaged by the client or coordinated under separate scope.

How it works
Every project follows the same controlled process:
Stage 1: Project Intake & Asset Manifest
You submit a structured asset manifest. No manifest = no quote.
Stage 2: Scope & Compliance Review
We confirm what is in scope and what is not in writing.
Stage 3: Mobilisation & Safety Setup
Safety documentation, inductions, and logistics coordination are prepared.
No deposit, no mobilisation.
Stage 4: Site Interface & Custody Transfer
Assets are handed over after disconnection, counted, logged, and placed under Solar Circles custody.
Stage 5: Transport & Chain of Responsibility
Panels are transported under audited, compliant logistics with full traceability.
Stage 6: Triage, Testing & Allocation
Panels are inspected, tested (VOC), graded, and allocated to reuse or recycling streams.
Stage 7: Reporting & Verification
You receive audit-ready diversion documentation with supporting records suitable for audits, insurers, and regulators. This is not optional. This is the system.

Solar Circles operates under a Dual-SWMS Governance Model, strict chain-of-custody controls, and documented safety interfaces across all subcontractors. Our work is designed to withstand client audits, mining safety reviews, regulatory scrutiny, insurance claims and staff turnover. If it is not documented, it does not exist.
